Cotswold Meeting room next to the Thames

Only a 15 minute drive from Swindon town centre, you can get away from the rush-hour traffic and take a picturesque journey into this beautiful area of the Cotswolds. We have our own private car park behind the hotel which offers 50 parking spaces.

Conferenece facilities next to the Thames

There are two conference rooms available. The Cotswold Room can comfortably sit up to 30 people where the typical boardroom style arrangement is suited to the atmosphere and shape of the room.

The Thames Suite has been designed to accommodate up to 150 delegates. Although joined onto the hotel, access is via its own double doorway which means it can offer complete privacy from the main hotel. This room offers an ideal venue for confidential meetings or training where limited distractions are of up most importance. In conjunction with the Cotswold Room it also offers an excellent syndicate facility for sub-groups in discussion.

The New Inn Hotel can supply an internet connection, television, video, direct dial telephone and fax facilities, flip charts, white boards and OHP screens. We can also provide a selection of A la Carte or finger buffets to suit your requirements.
